1. Who operates IndiaTicker

IndiaTicker is a product operated by Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. References to “IndiaTicker”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms.

2. Research information, not professional advice

IndiaTicker organizes company, market, legal and regulatory information. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise and includes any applicable registration details, the service does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage, trade execution, legal advice, tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security.

Data, classifications and AI-assisted output can be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly matched or wrong. You must inspect the cited evidence and use independent professional judgment before acting.

3. Accounts and organizations

Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account. Organization administrators may manage members and access within their organization.

4. Permitted use

You may use IndiaTicker for lawful internal research. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another user’s data, misrepresent evidence, remove attribution, use the service to violate third-party rights, or redistribute restricted material. Automated or bulk access requires our written approval and may be governed by separate API or data-licence terms.

5. Source material and attribution

A source document remains attributable to its issuer, exchange, regulator, court, rating agency or other publisher. IndiaTicker’s preservation, indexing or viewer does not transfer ownership of that document to IndiaTicker and does not imply endorsement by its publisher. 6. IndiaTicker intellectual property

IndiaTicker’s software, interface, taxonomy, original writing, normalized database structure, derived outputs and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not grant a right to reproduce the product, create a competing bulk dataset or use IndiaTicker marks without consent.

7. User submissions

If you submit a research request, correction, document or feedback, you confirm that you may provide it. You permit us to process it to operate, secure and improve the requested service. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party personal information unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so.

8. Availability, corrections and third parties

Coverage and features may change. We may correct, relabel, restrict or remove material and may suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms; a link is not an endorsement.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that information is complete, current, accurate or fit for a particular decision. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Commercial services

Paid access, enterprise data, APIs and bespoke research may be subject to an order form or separate written agreement covering fees, service levels, usage rights, confidentiality and taxes. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the specific agreement controls for that service.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer or other applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively and will change the date displayed above.
